How do I get started?
Install the DOX SMS Android app on your phone, open it, and scan the QR code from the Devices page — you're ready to send in under 5 minutes.
Can I use more than one device?
Yes. Link multiple Android phones to the same account and messages are distributed between them automatically.
How does the SMS inbox work?
The app automatically forwards incoming SMS to the server in real time. View them under Messages → SMS Inbox in your dashboard.
A message is stuck in "Queued" — what should I do?
The system auto-updates its status to Sent after 10 minutes if no confirmation arrives. Make sure your device is online and the app is running in the background.
How do I use the REST API?
Go to the API page in the sidebar after login. You'll find the endpoint URL and ready-to-use code examples. Include your API key in every request.
How do I buy extra credits?
